5. Having a normal weight and body shape are comparable to all parts of the body when standing is at a proper position.
6. Eyes shining, swift in action, and without any irritation
7. Having hair that glow with little or without any dandruff.
8. Having clean teeth without a tooth that feels hollow or sick, and with healthy gums.
9. Condition muscles and elastic skin, when walking with a quick step.
10. Have the ability to rest and sleep well.
