Children can Experiencing Depression

Depression does not just get attacked by adults, kids can experience it.
Depression is a serious health disorder that can affect all ages. Depression makes feeling sad, distracted mood and lost interest in all activities. Also depression is also a form of mental disorder which affects the body, mind dna action.
Depression can cause headaches, abdominal pain, appetite decreased,
Children who are depressed have a different way to vent his feelings. Children who are depressed tend to often get angry, feel hopeless, feeling worthless, feeling guilty, lack of interest in daily activities, missing energy, difficulty concentrating and sleep disturbance.
Factors causing depression
• Children who have difficulty in socializing and difficulty in following the lessons in schools more vulnerable to depression.
• Experiencing the loss of parents (death, divorce, etc.)

• Children who are stressed, disturbed concentration, learning ability is low.
• Teenage girls more at risk for depression than boys.

• Depression in children can increase the risk of suicide.
How to treat depression in children
If parents find the symptoms of depression in children, there are some things you can do:
• Record how long the child showed symptoms of depression, how many times these symptoms appear and how much suffering experienced by children because of this.
• Find the cause
• Holds approach in children with loving care
• Consult to a child psychologist
